Made to Order
All Mutt Clothing products are made to order and produced specifically for you when you place your order. Because each item is custom manufactured on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please review size guides carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us at info@muttclothing.com before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are fully protected. If you receive an item that is:
- Defective or damaged in manufacture
- Significantly different from the product described
- The wrong item entirely
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@muttclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Custom & Personalised Products
As all items are produced to order and personalised to our designs, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period provided by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for made-to-order and print-on-demand goods.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at info@muttclothing.com with your order number.
Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
