Shipping Policy

All Mutt Clothing products are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, your items enter our production queue. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been printed and dispatched, which will include any tracking information where available.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–14 business days.

Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur during high demand periods (e.g. launches, holidays). We will keep you updated if there are any significant delays to your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be liable for redelivery costs.
