You must be 16 years or older to create an account. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or if products are mispriced due to a technical error.

All products are made to order. Product images are representative — colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and the nature of the printing process.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us before ordering.

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order after this point if fulfilment is not possible (e.g. a production partner is unavailable), in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, photography, and text — is the property of Mutt Clothing or its collaborators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutt Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date posted. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
